Madame Pompadour signed J Hall. Similar to the Grueze painting in style and size but by a different artist from the same era & mounted in a similar frame. This is also in excellent condition considering its age. It is rare to even see pieces like this but the opportunity to steward one or both may never occur again. A great opportunity for a collector or dealer!!
A rare and interesting painting signed Greuze, a French painter from the late 1700s. This is titled The Milkmaid and is painted on a thin sheet of ivory. The colors are brilliant and the details amazing. The frame is ivory trim and is in nice condition considering this was painted about when George Washington was in the White House..

If you are doing ebay, this is a great chance to fill up your inventory. There are lots of boxes of miscellaneous that will have some treasures in them. There is no way to sell these pieces all individually so there will be some good boxes.
Here is a late note about the 450 SEL Mercedes. It has been in storage for several years and has not been run but started right up. We backed it out of the shed and into the spot where we will sell it and it seems to run OK but may not be drivable as is. We are unsure of the brakes, etc. It is a nice old car, black leather, etc. I posted a few late pictures at the end of the photos pages. Check 'em out.
