THANKS, SEE YOU AT THE AUCTION
We now have the Mercedes out that was in storage. It started right up and backed out of the garage after uncovering it. It turns out to be a 1975 450 SEL. Pretty nice car for being 33 years old. There are some pictures on the last photos page.
HERE ARE SOME RESULTS FROM THE RECENT AUCTION FOR THE KEN McNEES ESTATE.
The Indian sold for $21,500; the Harley for $8,000 and the Yamaha Roadstar for $8,000. Thanks for all the interest and thanks to the people who drove many miles to bid on the Motorcycles and collector vehicles. We had people from Washington, Wyoming and Montana who came to play!

Since 1982, Stan Howe & Associates, Front Range Auctioneers have been one of Montana's leading auction companies. With over 375 successful commercial auctions, we have the experience, equipment and ability to plan, organize and complete your auction.
Our track record speaks for itself. We have conducted some of the largest and most successful antique auctions including the Eva Brooks Estate, the Marguerite Revear Glassware collection, the Maxine King collection, the David Bird Burnham collection and the magnificent Tony the Trader collection. Each of these were two--three-four day auctions with hundreds of bidders, thousands of lots and hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue.
We have conducted many of the biggest collector vehicle auctions ever held in Montana, two notable ones being the Bill Garrett collection in Great Falls in 2002 and the Richard "String" Schenk collection in 1994. Both of these auctions set national records for prices realized. In addition, we conducted the Bill Giese Model T collection auction in Fairview which drew bidders from nine states to this tiny town in eastern Montana. We also conducted the Dick Kibble Flywheel Engine & Collector tractor auction at Fort Shaw some years ago which drew collectors from California, Washington, Kansas and South Dakota as well as a buying crowd from Montana. The auction of Pioneer Machining in Belgrade drew buyers from several states and record prices. Our extensive advertising and computerized mailing lists advertise your assests to buyers, not just lookers.
While we conduct all types and sizes of auctions, our main fields of expertise are Antiques, Collector Cars and Tractors, Machine Shop Equipment and Farm and Ranch Equipment.
We were the first auction company in Montana to introduce video closeup at antique auctions, the first to have four color in-house printing capabilities and among the first to computerize our office.
We have been leaders in every area of auctions in the west.
We have won National Awards for the quality of our advertising.
While every auction company can provide references, we are proud of the fact that we can offer as reference virtually every person we have ever held an auction for.
